Dr Bill is a miracle worker. A magician I tell him! I am also a body worker- a licensed Massage Therapist for 33 years and an esthetician. TREMENDOUS RELIEF Dr. RICE is GOOD MAYBE THE BEST I have received acupuncture literally hundreds of times and I have spent over 35 years learning Asian medicine and the acu-meridian theory.
