We currently rent a condo under management with Gardens West. Terrible communication. We wait months for issues to be resolved and the management team never respond da even to bigger issues. We had a mild problem in our condo and it took us threatening to contact the health department for them to even text us back. We are not currently waiting 7 months for a toilet to be repaired and they are ignoring our communications. Highly suggest looking for an alternative management company to rent from or work with.
Very poor experience with gardens west, found staff to be clueless regarding state regulations. Once contracts were signed they became combative and unresponsive.
