It's brilliant here! These people know exactly what they're doing, which is especially good if you don't! Very helpful and accommodating. Great price point, too!
Very rude, condescending customer service for no reason. Came in to see if there were any flowers I could purchase for a photo shoot. She could have just said “great, we have two bouquets available” instead of appearing offended/annoyed that I’m coming in close to Valentine’s Day without a preorder. She was also quick to tell me they don’t sell by the stem in an irritated way even though I never said I was looking to purchase a stem. In general, not a lot of flower options for pickup and a terrible first experience.

I love their beautiful arrangements. Their style and composition is stunning and they last FOREVER. I'm currently on week 3 with my arrangement and I've had to just remove two flowers from it. I also love that they come with a reusable swedish dish cloth around the base of the stems instead of foam. Nice little touch.
