I’ve been living in The Gardens for over 10 years, and honestly it’s a great place to live in. It’s true that the kitchen and bathroom could be updated. Maybe they are between former and newer renters, but I don’t know because I never ask Kelly the manager. The management and the maintenance persons are very good at their job! I haven't lived there in about 4 years but for the 7 or so years i lived there it was amazing. Kelly is the best and was always so kind to us I honestly dont know what those comments we’re talking about and it was the safest place i ever lived, so save that when i was 6 or 7 my strict parents let me stay out with my friends until around 8-9, i even remember when i was 8 walking home at 12 at night by myself from my buddies house and someone came up to me asked if i was lost then walked me home 10/10 would recommend
Stay away from here. These are the most overpriced and outdated apartments. Not to mention an extremely rude office manager who is so out of touch with reality.
The apartments are not the most updated, and they have a lot of stuff break down in them. Not to mention Kelly (the office manager) is rude. I would not recommend living here.
Very well managed townhouse village. Expensive but good service and clubhouse. Has pool and gym. Little activities at clubhouse. Responsive maintenance. Good place to rent from so far.
