Loved touring Ascent at Fitzsimons. The place is clean, well kept, and felt welcoming. Staff was friendly and helpful, I think I will like it here.

We have had a few issues since he has been here and he takes care of them right away, unlike the previous maintenance men. "John" is so friendly and polite as well as doing his job. I currently live here. This morning my fiance and I woke up to sewage backing up from other apartments into mine from the toilet. There was sewer water EVERYWHERE. I submitted a maintenance request and the maintenance man showed up in literally minutes, stayed until the issue was fixed, cleaned up the mess for me and also said he was gonna look into having my toilet completely replaced. He was nice and super helpful! Thank you!
