I just want to write this review to give some credit to Cesar, our maintenance technician, he is always super helpful and incredibly fast to respond to maintenance requests. Very professional and he gets things fixed right away for us and we are very grateful. EDITING TO ADD: shortly after I posted this they fired the maintenance man and now they don’t respond to any maintenance requests for days! My apartment was infested with cockroaches to the point that they were crawling on us while we slept, I submitted multiple maintenance requests they only ever answered one and the problem got worse after they sent an “exterminator”. Also the sink in the kitchen was backing up for two straight days and I had to miss work for two days in a row so that I could stay home to use a bowl and sc... read more
My wife and I have lived here for five years, and it’s been an amazing experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They’re constantly making improvements to keep the property looking great and the community feeling welcoming. Maintenance is outstanding anytime we’ve had an issue It was fixed quickly and efficiently Only major down side is that utilities are expensive and never consistent month-to-month but not sure if that's every apartment complex or just here I would recommend th... read more
