My wife and I have lived here for five years, and it’s been an amazing experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They’re constantly making improvements to keep the property looking great and the community feeling welcoming. Maintenance guy carlos and the supervisor cesar did a good job at my apartment 85-202
I lived there for 7 months in 2025. In January, when there was a weather alert, the boiler in our apartment did not work. We requested maintenance, but the staff came two days later because it was the weekend. They told us, “The boiler is smaller than what the apartment needs, so there is no permanent solution.” During that time, I had to use a room heater.
