I recently met Rich from this home care agency, and I was truly impressed from the very beginning. A few weeks ago, I was reaching out to area Hospice services for my cousin’s husband who had become gravely ill. One of the calls I made was to western reserve and had the pleasure of speaking with Rich Piekarski. The kindness and empathy shown by his staff and himself was what they should model facilities in the healthcare industry.
