This place is not a good place to live I originally wanted a down stairs apartment and they said that it wouldn't be ready for another month so they basically forced me to move into an upstairs apartment which I didn't want. Stated that the downstairs that I was waiting on was all ready rented!!! I'm was upset and confused to how they rented the apartment when they knew I was waiting to rent it and how did she rent it so fast without the person actually not being out of the apartment yet!!! I've lived here for a year and can't wait to move. The only time management does anything is to stick a note threatening to evict you. Please note this was after paying rent one day late. I was also told by the new management that the complaints i put in writing didn't matter to them unless i resubmit through the new management. I'm sorry the "Under New Management" sign doesn't fix anything when you can't correct the down falls of the previous management. I wouldn't move back there if you lowered the rent to $200 a month. Its infested with huge tree roaches the size of rats, not to mention this place is a rip off. The management pockets your money and say you don't pay your rent or provide a receipt. I will NEVER recommend anyone to live here! The only good thing I can say about this place is the maintenance crew. They were the nicest guys ever!
