7/31 - Its 1:00 pm and my appointment is at 1:30 pm im coming from irvine and went in early into work to make my 1:30pm appointment i called just now to let the doctor know id arrive at 1:41pm (11 mins after) and he said he would have to reschedule me. What an unfair doctor
Hearing test has no box for a controlled environment. I could hear the trucks and traffic while I was testing.
Was not open when I had an appointment, it looks to be permanently closed
Had a 9:00AM appointment and the clinic was closed. Waited 10 minutes before I left… Normally I wouldn’t mind waiting, but it’s raining. The parking lot was locked - so I wouldn’t be able to tell when they would arrive if I have decided to wait in my car.
Omg! Ive never had a bad experience like this one. I was seen today for the first time by Dr Arash Lalezary. First... the assistants/receptionist dont even greet you! I had to say Goodmorning first. Second.. the dr comes in and saids "Whats wrong?" Not even a hi .. nice to meet you.. NOTHING!
