as stated, and discussed with them... The RN was confusing and did not provide proper medical information therefore as a medical professional for 40 years I cancelled my appointment on July 3 for facial laser. WHEN i WENT IN FOR THE APPOINTMENT, THey specifically stated the 120$ CHARGED TO ME would be applied toward a procedure and then they charged me appox 48 $ post consultation. After waiting 35 minutes and not even being taken back to an examination room, I told them to cancel my appointment. My 9:00 a.m. appointment. If they are running that far behind that early in the morning, they are obviously overbooked. I will not be back.

The worst please ever!!! Poor customer service! Front desk personal rud and unpleasant, busy talking there own business. Medical assistant Devon is unprofessional, make errors and hand up the phone on a patient! She was giving us wrong informations and the result was that we cannot comply with a treatment. I left a voicemail for Dr. Mara to clarify the information, but never get a response. We just lost out time and money with this clinic. And the last point! HIPPA violations! DR Rajpara you instructed me to inform you if my insurance company did not cover the prescription you prescribed foe me . they do t cover same and want $1250.00 for same . Please advise me asap what other prescription you can recommend . thank you
