The property is getting better and better each day! The new management seems like they want to change everything for the better and I can’t wait to see how everything looks. The staff is super sweet and are always checking in on us, if I could rate them even more stars I would!

Such a great place! Right next to my school so it’s perfect for me. Been living here for a while now and it’s such a nice property, I really enjoy living here. The staff is great, they are making changes and it’s coming a long so well. It’s pet friendly, the rooms are spacious, and With a nice kitchen!

Couldn’t be less impressed. My dryer has been broken and my smoke alarm has been down for weeks now. I have gone into the office several times to see what the hold up is and they say it will get done “today”. They have said that three times. It’s still not fixed. You would think something like a smoke alarm would be slightly important. I have had an issue with my dryer before and the old management was completely on top of it. It was fixed in a few days and they offered to leave me with a key (to hold onto) to a vacant apart... read more

The complex is under new management and I can say I am not impressed. When they first took over, the messed up the water bill. I can understand how those things happen. However, I requested copy of the bill prior to paying it to validate the charge and none was provided. Now, they have been painting the complex and we had to remove all our items from the patio. That too makes sense. What doesn't make sense is that I have had all of my plants, orchids, tomatoes, basil, pineapple and lime tree inside my unit since 7/9/2018. Th... read more

It's ok. I feel it's a tad overpriced considering we still live in an older model aparetment. Not all unite are fixed up like the photo. We also used to have security on the weekends. That's gone. Seems like they're fixing up the place... we will see.
