Not good enough. I installed multiple Accent 8 and Accent 5 fittings on the recommendation of my landscapers. While they look fantastic, the quality has been very disappointing. None of the fittings lasted even three years before failing. For the price, I expected far better durability and longevity. They may have the aesthetics, but unfortunately they don't have the reliability. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT TERRIBLE LIGHTS GO TO BUNNINGS INSTEAD. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE 1 STAR IS OVERKILL
Gardens at Night went beyond expectations to help a faulty light in our garden. They were so helpful on the phone, and when we booked Simon to troubleshoot, he was super polite, (took boots off and was nice to our rescue dog which always gets five stars). But that’s not why I’m leaving five stars. Simon went out of his way to show how easy it is to replace the wires and went through the process using everyday language. Incredibly professional service. Simon and Cameron were attentive, informative, understanding and provided excellent customer service. Very happy with the lights and the service from Gardens at Night. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
