DO NOT LIVE HERE. Although a new community, the staff and the maintenance department in particular the “Super” Joaquin Santamaria are horrendous. Maintenance requests are never answered, assisted with or even responded to. Office staff is helpless as they just push papers on issues and ignore tenant complaints. Maintenance man Joaquin stalks tenants and waits on his porch most days to report tenants on garbage and parking related issues rather than answering maintenance requests. RecommendedLiving here. It has a pool 🏊 tennis court and a excise room .
Love living here! Beautifully built. The clubhouse, pool and gym are a pleasant addition. The staff at the leasing office is wonderful. Parking is limited but only a short walk to your apartment from a further spot. :)
