As of January 2025, it has become evident that the Board of Directors of The Gardens at Forest Hills Owners Corp., under the leadership of Chairman Belal Mohd, has completely ignored a lawful request from a property owner. Throughout the year 2022-2023, I have witnessed the inaction of the board of directors of The Gardens at Forest Hills Owners Corp., led by Board of Directors Belal Mod. Three of my complaints, addressing a violation of a contractual agreement signed by me as the apartment owner and the cooperative management, have been ignored over the course of the year. I have been living in the complex since I was seven years old and I seen the development while being rented clean and a friendly clean environment. However, do to the Co-Op fever that started in the early 80's and the development and its hand picked original Board Members stopped the RSA from following up with the many complaints as well as its many violations by selling out to the greed .
