Very friendly and only the first year is based on income. After the first year you either get out or sign a contract to pay 500$ a month for a 1 bed room. Higher management are so slow about getting word back and dont believe anything until it's written down. Also the fire alarms are so sensitive 3/4 of the time they get set off by cooking. Edit: I found my old view\picture of us "ruining" the front door. I lost 700$ because old management didnt pass on complaints to new management.
