The apartments are all the same basically and of course they're older so remodeling could help. Otherwise they're very roomy and decent. It's more expensive to stay on the bottom which is odd cause the bottom residents are horribly punishment if your upstairs neighbor is rude and inconsiderate like mine...constant stomping, bumping, loud music causing your apt to vibrate..cigarette smoke coming through the vents as well as weed smoke (and its suppose to be no smoking inside )...and of course the centipede issue from being on... read more
As with every rental, there’s good and bad to balance. The location is convenient and it’s generally peaceful. The cost is lower than the new complexes although rent has increased almost 18.5% in the past two years. The drawbacks are a lack of updating the apartments. There are cracks on the walls and ceilings in every room, gaps in flooring due to a concrete base that isn’t level, and carpet padding that is thicker in areas. I’m not sure why this place has such a low star rating.. I have almost lived here for a year now and I LOVE it. It’s always quiet, maintained, and Sandra (the landlord) is ALWAYS on top of things. Landscaping is well taken care of and the people that live here are all friendly. Prices are very reasonable for what you get and I definitely recommend living here if you’re looking for an apartment. You have to get on a waitlist for a reason!!!
