My husband and I booked a 1.5-hour combo scrub and massage. The therapists started 10 minutes late, so I asked if we would still get our full service. One of the female therapists assured us that we would. Everything seemed fine until halfway through, when we needed to turn over. poor customer service over the phone call
Im only giving 1 star because I have to. I left before having services rendered. I went online and booked 2 appts for 1.5 hour sessions. To make a long story short when we arrived, they told us our sessions could only be for 1 hour and they rushed us off into rooms. They only had 1 size robe that did not fit and the room walls, needed alot of cosmetic work.
