Very disappointing experience. I specifically booked in for a bouncy blow-dry ( which she confirmed on the phone that she could do). When I arrived, the stylist told me she didn’t have a curling iron. I pointed out that she had round blow dry brushes in the salon and said they were perfectly fine for her to use to achieve the look. A skilled hairdresser can usually create a soft, bouncy blowout using a round brush and hairdryer. Narges did an amazing job on my son’s hair . He loves his highlights. We always enjoy coming to Gardenia salon where we receive amazing warm, friendly service . Narges is the best !!!!
Reasonably priced and very friendly.
