Ok looking bouquet with generic flowers while advertised/listed as “luxurious “ on order form. Flower petals dropping off old blooms used in bouquet in less than 24 hours from delivery.

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I ordered a bouquet to be delivered for the opening of my sister’s new clinic, but she never received it. When I contacted the shop, I was told the order had been confirmed as delivered. My sister also tried to track it down and checked with other businesses in her building, but it was never located. I needed a bouquet for my little sister's dance performance, and wasn't sure which flowers to add. I gave the lovely lady only two adjectives, and she put together a beautiful arrangement that was somehow exactly what I wanted! Thank you!!
