I arrived at 9:30 to find only one technician attending to four pedicure clients. I was asked to return in 20 minutes and came back at 10:00 for a gel manicure. The technician began removing my polish but was then reassigned to a pedicure, she apologized. After being told to select a color by the manager, I waited until 10:45 without any further attention, I eventually left due to the excessive wait time. I will not return.

I highly recommend this salon located near Kings Charter in Ashland - Lena formerly of Deluxe Nails opened this shop 2 years ago and offers all services needed - Tommy and Amy formerly of Ruby Nails are the newest technicians with years of experience - go see Lena and her team for your next service

I was out this way for my nephews ball game & located the closest nail salon for a pedicure afterwards. I felt like it was a gamble but, I was incredibly lucky to locate this salon & get Mam. She was so sweet, made sure I was comfortable & showed a great attention to detail. I received the de luxe (I believe) pedicure & she did such a wonderful job I added on a manicure. Her spirit & energy was so calm, kind & relaxing. I may just have to make the 30 min drive back to see her again!

Aimee did a great job on my nails w a pretty design. She is also super bubbly and engaged in nice, fun, girltalk while doing nails too:) I recommend her! The nail salon is pretty and clean too...
