Unprofessional, Unethical, Poor Attention To Detail. I paid $45K for a whole-house design. She failed to deliver what she was contracted to do. I have spent ~$12K more to correct sloppy work & implement the design she failed to deliver. Designer does not provide any documentation to account for how she spends a client's money. My final invoice for a $45K project was two lines: Design Fee & Materials. She failed to complete multiple items in the contract & said she ran over budget on construction.
