I love Gardendale family dentistry. The hygienist are great. They are very gentle. I have a gag reflex and they are always very conscious of that and always asking me if I'm OK. They can see on my face when I'm about to gag and stop and give me a minute. I love the doctors. They are so sweet. they always take great care of me. The entire staff is great. From teeth cleaning my teeth, to putting on a crown, I have always been very satisfied with them. Highly recommend this practice to anyone that needs a general dentist.
I recently had toothache and needed a root canal. The practice worked me on same day, Dr. M***** and his team where professional and Went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable.

I called as a new patient with complaints of oral swelling/inflammation and drainage. I was told to sign a signature pad and take my own temperature. The receptionist, Megan did not have on gloves and I didn't see any sanitation supplies around her desk. I asked her what she was doing to sanitize things and I was told she was wiping things down after the patients touched them. I never saw her wipe off the signature pen or thermometer which we both touched with our bare hands. I just didn't feel comfortable allowing someone t... read more

All the employees are doing a great job and I have no doubt Megan and her team did everything as they should. We want to make sure dental emergencies stay out of the hospitals and doctor's offices. I apologize that Mrs. ******* was not there to see the sanitization process, but part of that process is the drying period after sanitizing. Once the patient leaves the area, then sanitizing begins and we allow for everything to dry. D... read more
