Ordered online and got confirmation email that my food would be ready. Arrived at store and found out they had closed for the day. When I called the next day they said they don't do their online services. No manager or owner available. Kid that answered the phone said he started 2 weeks ago and the owner and manager never come in.
I had ordered for delivery at my work. The driver was 20 mins late. I was waiting for him. When he finally arrived I went back to work already. I was told from my front desk that he was mad because I wasn’t physically there to get the food. He wanted me to tip him. So he got mad because I couldn’t do it because I had to go back to work since he was late. Really poor service.
Food is good. Order on line and is always as I request. Never have a problem.
Horrible customer service!
Food is ok. Service is horrible. We live close so we gave this place a few tries. They consistently forget part of our order, and have no respect. Plus I’ve seen employees wearing flip flops. In food service they need to be wearing closed toed shoes
All I can say is I LOVE THIS PLACE and I will be back for more.
Love the fresh food!!! No better food then here in the area!!
