I can’t say enough good things about Garden West Dental, but I especially want to recognize Patty, my dental hygienist, who has played such a huge role in my journey to better dental health — and honestly, better overall health. 1-Star Review I would not recommend this dental office. The entire process has been unbelievably slow, requiring excessive visits just to complete a single treatment. Appointments are spaced out way too far apart, making it feel like they drag out even the simplest procedures for months. On top of that, the office staff is rude and unprofessional. Wait times are ridiculous, running hours behind. Very shady when it comes to billing, and treatment. They don’t explain what they are doing to you well, but very quick to ask you to pay out of pocket because it’s not covered by insurance. They take several weeks to reach out to insurance for authorizations while other offices do it within 24-48 hours. When confronted they tend to defer answers.
