The plus side is that the apartment is in a good part of town and reasonably priced. Stabler is very noisy. Main reason I moved here is because of the inside and outside pools for my grandchildren. The inside pool is not heated and therefore unusable for months. Water (Mendo building) is on a boiler system and has some quirks. The temperature in our apartment is VERY hot but the next door neighbor has little/no hot water. ghetto junkie neighbors enough said.. dirty hallways laundry rooms... takes forever to get anything repaired
