Lived there 3 years, never made a late payment. They started being rude the minute I adopted a cat, pretty much Moved out early for a new job out of state. Gave them plenty of notice, They took my entire deposit, a whole month's rent (even though I left the first week of the month and someone was already lined up to move in) , and still charged $150 in fees for "wall painting" and bs. These people are hacks.
