I’ve sit with this long enough and decided to just post this. From November of 2023 to when we eventually moved out in March of last year, our heat and air didn’t work. Whenever that snow and ice storm hit in early 2024 and got to below freezing temperatures our heat STILL wasn’t fixed. No matter how many phone calls were made, it didn’t matter. very quiet
It used to be a great place to live but now it’s horrible. Trashy neighbors, nothing get fixed. Property manners quit all the time. Homeless people live in the washer and dryer unit. Everyone seems to have black mold or bugs. It’s embarrassing! Elderly get physically sick due to the black mold
They have helped me more than once. Every person who has helped me, has been very friendly and awesome to work with! I wish I could give them 10 stars, they definitely deserve it. They take the time out of their day to help customers. I just put in an application and hopefully I’ll be approved soon, can’t wait to move in!!
