I work as a direct support worker going in an out of residents homes at this apartment complex. Fights, drugs, parking lot party's. My 2nd week working here I came outside to my car and caught 2 residents having sex next to my car. people who do not live here are allowed to stay at the different residences and have made threatening remarks when asked to be quieter during the night hours. my next step is to speak to cooperate following the landlord doesn't take action.
I have filled out my paperwork 3 times for a duplex in the back and they’ve always “forgot a paper” or “lost my application” entirely. I’ve been living in the apartment part for almost 2 years and have paid my rent on time EVERYTIME except once when we lost our daughter at birth.. we’ve been trying for over 3 months to get moved to the duplexes in the back with EVERY EXCUSE being thrown at us. Do not work for them or live there. They have been hitting my credit for money we did not owe, when in fact, they owed us a lot of money for maintenance and make-readies. I have never dealt with a nastier, more crooked company in my life and am working to fight this. It isn’t easy though, since they make it virtually impossible to speak to anyone high enough in command to matter. Having homeless people getting in the building now because of the side door not locked like it should have been for months just now passed a homeless man by the office door charging his phone been there for hours. From at least 930-almost 4 am now....
Have better maintenance. Have better management.
the maintenance on the property does not get done like it should the yard does not stay mode like it should other than that it's a wonderful place to live
