I live in the Savannah Park section of the apartments. This address is not in the trailer court where maps has everyone going for some reason. But North of the trailer park. I've lived here about a month and so far I love it! It's much better than living in wichita proper.
There is no communication with anyone in the company. Signed a lease only to find black mold the next day; left a message for the manager. Waited until 2 the following Monday without hearing back so I called them only to be told that it wasn’t mold and they wouldn’t work with me about getting a new apartment since my daughter is asthmatic. Terminated my lease immediately!!! Would not recommend to anyone! I had lived there previously and it was nicer then
