This review is long overdue but we are so incredibly grateful for the AMAZING team at Garden Vivien, who made our wedding flowers absolutely perfect! From the time we first connected with them to the execution and follow-up of our event, they did an INCREDIBLE job. STAY AWAY!!!!! Garden Vivien failed to deliver flowers after my order was accepted online the day prior. They texted me instead of calling me about their failure to deliver and gave me several excuses (of being away from their business with staff members traveling in various states) instead of providing me with concrete solutions or a refund. Did the most breathtaking work for our small garden wedding. Can’t recommend enough - arrangements were wildly beautiful and company was professional and very friendly.
