I would not recommend this building, especially considering the price. Paying around $2200 for a 2-bedroom here is simply not justified by the quality of living. The building has ongoing maintenance and hygiene issues. The laundry facilities are often dirty — at one point I had to clean feces out of a washing machine before using it, which is unacceptable. Clean Professional staff Manager Jill is great Assistant managers are also very thorough and I recently moved in and I see them working non stop cleaning and helping tenants. Building is clean and smells nice. They deal with issues quick. All around the absolute best building we have seen in this area! The location is very accommodating too. Keep up the great job. Lastly, the tenants in the building are all really nice and helpful. A big extra bonus. -Jay

Below par workmanship. It is in writting to fix the washroom. Never done. Just ignore the work
