COCKROACHES OUT OF CONTROL; ACCUMULATING TRASH SUGGESTIVE OF BEDBUG INFESTATION been here 6 weeks. mgmt ignores. residents upset but are very scared to report. hazardous waste glass left for weeks where children play. 100 pictures over 5 weeks on OneDrive. afraid to go in kitchen; bathroom even though they sprayed pesticide 2 weeks ago. huge & alive! they want to spray poison 1x week rather than remove trash which is very close to all units. Bad Management I lived there for 18 months and while there had multiple problems with insects. At one point, bed bugs got into the place and it had to be treated twice with no effect. At one point they had to use devices that forced all residents in a building out and all personal property had to be bagged and vacuum sealed. The Management told me directly that the cause was my next door neighbor, an old woman who moved right afterwards. Review I like the new renovations they've made. The kitchens are small though and they could keep the property better maintained.

Garden village apartments The apartments were nice when we first moved in but now it's more chaotic kids running through the parking lot all the time trash everywhere it needs to be maintained a little better
