The most ignorant discriminatory manager or whatever her title may be. Ignorance to the physically challenged.
The apartments are nice along with the residents. I agree with other about the manager. She needs to be replaced. The way she speaks to and treats residents borders on verbal abuse. She should be ashamed of herself. Would she want her parents treated in such a manner when they are old and dont get around so well? PITIFUL!!!
I'm in a handicapped apartment and I love it here. It's clean, quiet and I feel safe.
The other residents in this building are great and living there would very great if it weren't for the manager, she's a real pain to work with on things. She is making things extremely hard to get done after my mother has passed away. Trying to work with her to get my mother's things to cleaned out and she is making it a complete nightmare.
