If you plan on living here, you should think about it. I lived through two years of constant harassment from the manager and the tenant of C-2. And don't count on getting your deposit back. There will always be a cleaning fee or something to replace, so you don't get anything. If a family member visits you, even for a week, you have to apply just because they'll be living there.
