Children's Minnesota has billed me for a service visit that was not made by me. I am not responsible for this person's bill. I have informed Children's Minnesota of this issue but they have merely told me that the other person has to correct the mistake. Somehow I can have an outstanding bill for a service that I did not attend and have nothing to do with. Amazing!
