Posting for a friend her and her family would like to remain anonymous I lived here for 6 years things were wonderful ! Units were clean and people were happy Then new owners came and suddenly everything jumped in price and lowered in care I had mold in my bathroom and a electrical leak that only got taken care of when they remodeled the unit next to mine ( 5 months after I asked them to fix it ) I got in trouble for calling an outside source to look at it i was afraid of a house fire .I don't know if it was an opening or wh... read more
I wanted to rent here. But I spoke to a few residents and now I'm glad I didnt.one said they change ownership 3 times in between 2 years that says alot (i guess one manager was stealing residents money ) Another said her unit has black mold which they refuse to take care of so she became sick and was out of a job for a bit due to hospitalization , one said that some units smoke weed in there homes ,another said he has to check the yard and the parking lot constantly because there are homeless people throwing trash out of the... read more

I can't say enough good things about the maintenance team. Dillon is prompt and professional. He has a pleasant attitude and gets things done quickly.
