Long story short: This apartment is a huge mess To start, when we first moved in it looked like they barely even cleaned the place. The air vents were filthy, the fridge and kitchen sink smelled like old food. The cabinets were dirty, the mattresses were terrible, stained, and loud, the bed frames and box springs were falling apart, the dressers were also falling apart. University Gardens is one of the nice place to live. It's closer to the campus. The place is a bit old, it's perfect for those who love the classic style, spacious buildings, but with less features. The property has a few issues once in a while, like 6 months, but the maintenance requests are answered really fast. Repairs are usually done in a day or less compared to the other properties which take a bit of time. Those are one of the fastest I have ever seen.The crew is really friendly and good at their work.
