University Gardens is one of the nice place to live. It's closer to the campus. The place is a bit old, it's perfect for those who love the classic style, spacious buildings, but with less features. The property has a few issues once in a while, like 6 months, but the maintenance requests are answered really fast. Oh, where do I even begin with University Garden Apartments? This place is an absolute disaster from top to bottom, and I genuinely can't believe I've wasted a year of my life living here. The pool, if you can even call it that, is a complete joke. It's so full of chlorine that your eyes start burning the second you get near it. My experience at University Garden Apartments has been nothing short of a living nightmare, and I implore anyone considering this complex to run far, far away. The combination of egregious management, exorbitant rent, and absolutely deplorable living conditions has left me counting down the days until my lease is finally up. LISA AND CAROLINA AND THE MAINTENANCE PEOPLE WILL MAKE YOUR STAY HERE A LIVING NIGHTMARE. These are the worst possible apartments near the Campus. just moved here and WOW this is the worst place possible.
