University Gardens is one of the nice place to live. It's closer to the campus. The place is a bit old, it's perfect for those who love the classic style, spacious buildings, but with less features. The property has a few issues once in a while, like 6 months, but the maintenance requests are answered really fast. Oh, where do I even begin with University Garden Apartments? This place is an absolute disaster from top to bottom, and I genuinely can't believe I've wasted a year of my life living here. The pool, if you can even call it that, is a complete joke. It's so full of chlorine that your eyes start burning the second you get near it.
