Extremely nice staff. Dr. Neitzel is knowledgeable and is very compassionate. They are extremely accommodating and I've had nothing but positive experiences even in stressful situations.
I had to take a client there and the Dr and staff were amazing and attentive even with no electricityon this particular visit, the storm had knocked it out. It was like MASH. No worries the first priority is her patients.
This is a nice small veterinary clinic that gives great service to your animals at a reasonable rate.This is a VERY family oriented veterinarian place that really CARES about your pets. The vet tech Sue is WONDERFUL as she has been helping me with giving medicine to my cat. I highly recommend this veterinarian clinic for your cats and dogs. You cannot go wrong with Dr. Neitzel and her staff. A very caring place to take your animals to.

I switched after 40 years of going to a well-established vet in the east Winter Park area. Garden Vet was so welcoming and acted quickly and effectively to help my kitty with a painful bladder stone. The difference between my former vet and Dr Neitzel and her group is night and day. Am absolutely thrilled to have found a better, kinder place to take my fur babies.
