Been going here for 30+ years, excellent staff, caring, professional, best health care I have received. The doctors, nurses, PAs are always careful, thorough and listen to you. That is so important to know that they are really listening about your concerns and feelings.
Been my family doctor for 20+ years. Dr. Koenig is a fantastic doctor who genuinely cares about his patients.
I can’t say enough about the doctors and the staff here. I don’t think you’ll find a more caring and attentive clinic anywhere. Dr Koenig is the best primary care doc I’ve ever had and I’m so fortunate he practices in Boise Co.
I waited for nearly an hour past my appointment time and still had not seen the doctor my pain level was at like a very strong 8 and getting worse every minute and so I asked the receptionist if I should just come back later and she got attitude was quite rude I need to think it through to see if I will be looking for a different doctor practice and yes I could hear the conversation between the doc and the other patient they were talking about everything but medical issues but also the last few times I went in there I was ru... read more
Great experience from start to finish. They got me in and out in a timely manner. Everyone seemed to care and they fixed my issues.
