If I could rate these apartments a big fat 0 I would, I thought I was getting myself into a great apartment complex when I should have listened to the reviews, the outside of the place is disgusting and let’s not mention the insides, I get that it’s Florida that we live in but the amount of different bugs that we experience out here is ridiculous, also let’s not mention the other tenants out here all the buildings have rude and weird tenants but building B is the worse and the most nastiest, from the smell to the viewing to ... read more

I wanted to bring to your attention the growing issue of trash accumulation outside the dumpster and hallways . It’s very disappointing to make it home to this. While I understand the challenges we faced after Hurricane Milton, the situation is becoming concerning as it attracts birds and other animals, and the smell is noticeable. They made it so that if you park in their parking lot they will tow you because of police activity. Now people are parking on the side of busy streets and almost getting in accidents because no one can see the cars coming from the street. Their website says they have parking don’t believe them. Looking for a peaceful place to live? KEEP LOOKING!! you won't find that here. Have a nice car? The nuisance children will make sure it gets destroyed like everything else here. My cars have been pelted with rocks and vandalized on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. And this might be a surprise but the CAMERAS ARE BROKEN when you need them the most. So my mother lives And they took all the visitor parking spots away, so I was in the parking lot sitting in my car and I had seen a tow truck across the street and I seen the guy get out of his tow truck and come to the property and look at all the cars to see if they had stickers on them if they didn’t, he was ready to.
