I took my son here for a haircut and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We missed an appointment because of a family emergency. I called as soon as I could, apologized sincerely, and asked if we could reschedule. Instead of showing any understanding, I received a very arrogant and unprofessional message stating that I would have to pay for the missed appointment and the new appointment before he would book us again.
