The maintenance worker fixed my toilet and I’m grateful for that. Now, all that needs to be fixed is my air conditioner. It continues to flip flop on me by mostly blowing out hot air then for a short period of time blow out cold air 😬!! This has to stop, considering that this is one of the hottest mn summers on record in recent memory.

My mother currently lives here and it has a huge cockroach infestation. The property management has done nothing and this has gone on for a year now. There is an infestation in the garbage chute to the point the trash company will not empty the trash. The management is incompetent and only seems to make it the tenants fault. This is senior, low income housing. This is elder abuse and also disabled people live here also. If you are interested in this property, please look elsewhere.
