Highly recommend for deep work!! I’m extremely picky about needing VERY deep tissue work, and this place has me covered. Although Amanda says she’s never known a (small) woman wanting such intensive therapy, she is quite skilled with a combination of walking on the back & traditional massage, getting way into my trouble spots as I ask. Have had several great sports massages at Sunflower Spa. Highly recommend Amanda as she has consistently been the best massage therapist I have had.
This spa is my go-to spot whenever I need to unwind. The atmosphere is always clean, quiet, and relaxing. I’ve had a few different massage therapists here and they’ve all been solid. Amanda has worked on me a couple of times—she’s professional, listens to what I need, and always helps with my shoulder tension. Booking is easy, and they’re usually on time, which I appreciate. Overall, a reliable and peaceful place to get a quality massage without the stress. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and need to reset.
