I bought a CPO car from this dealership recently. Everyone was so easy to deal with: very transparent and patient; I never felt pressured at all. Their pricing was the most competitive in the region. I would especially recommend my sales rep, Trish. She was a true pleasure to deal with; I have already recommended her to others!
Upselling unneeded services is one thing, but the techs left my pressurized engine coolant reservoir completely open at my latest annual service. Both the secure access lid and reservoir lid were just sitting under the windshield wiper channel.
