Mark is an excellent salesman. He was straightforward, nice and the price was right both for our trade-in and purchase. I did not care for one of the sales managers who was overly aggressive but we barely dealt with him. The rest of the process was smooth and we love the xc90.
I waited to write this review until a few weeks after the purchase and I am glad I did. I will say the initial day we bought our car was a good experience but after that was very disappointing. We bought a 1 year old CPO and the day after the purchase we noticed some significant damage to the rims. The Volvo CPO program says that the vehicle is inspected for cosmetic damage so we contacted the dealer about having the rims repaired. Bought my car from Volvo of Manasquan 2 1/2 years ago. Paid approximately $45,000 for the car. Did all maintenance regularly. When I went in for a service check they said the bill would be $7,500!!! However, some of the work they recommended I already had done 5,000 miles ago (eg. spark plugs) yet they are recommending changing them again!! So, I waited a few days and called back to have only 2 of the 12 items they suggested I have done.
