Awful experience with K Cali and the entire facility. For the first time this inexperienced vet. decides to write on my dog's report his frustration dealing this with dog owner that just paid $3.375 and no explanation were given regarding unnecessary check ups charges, did not explain the x-rays or the blood tests or the reports , very bad manners maybe from being first timer inexperienced , he could not give me any explanation to my questions. Terrible care incompetent and uncaring staff if you have an emergency do not go here if you want your pet to live either go to Red Bank or Oradell it's worth the drive read the reviews on Yelp and Google everyone is having the same terrible experience my cat died because they did not follow the prescription instructions which the manufacturer is now investigating
Horrible, unprofessional, not reliable, never come here. I confirmed the appointment the prior day, came here for my dog’s appointment, but they never put my confirmed appointment in their system. I waited for my appointment for a month, and now I am being sent back for no reason! They have 2 locations in New Jersey, we went to the other one, and they REFUSED to wait only 30 minutes for their ridiculous mistake.
