Dr. Bonder is great. The billing department is AWFUL! We NEVER received a bill, a phone call or voicemail regarding our billing. We called Jan 3, 2022, regarding an email bill and we’re told because we had not paid our bill or returned their phone calls (we never received) they turned us over to collections! Dr ingber saw me for ptns treatments It was supposed to be once a week for 8-12 weeks. The office in denville cancelled my appointments 3 times because dr ingber was traveling in Europe. Last time I went the needle fell out of my ankle after 5 minutes. So in 7 weeks I had two full treatments. I cancelled the remaining appointments because it was not going to help if appointments were not happening every week consistently.
