Bonnie was very helpfull!!
I dislike having to leave a bad review but I attempted to return a full box of in stock standard tile and was hung up on. Called back and left a voicemail for my rep and it was never returned or addressed. So unfortunate as I was about to order thousands of dollars of new tile for my upstairs main bathroom. It's pretty obvious returns aren't preferred and commission takes precedence over treating customers with basic respect and transparency.
Update: Christy made me whole again. I thought it only fair to update my rating as one bad apple shouldn't hurt the rest of the staff being helpful and courteous. Janelle has been very professional and helpful through our build. This review is not for her. Mike in the back is a total jerk. He ran out to the back weekend before Christmas to tell me I cant sort through all his broken tile to get my only 12 tiles for custom niches and pony walls. Mind you no one was back there and they weren't busy. He proceeeded to say that's ... read more
