Jay, did our soapstone counters 10 years ago and they have been excellent. We just had him refinish them due to standard wear and tear. Jay is a craftsman and great to work with and i recommend him highly.
I loved working with Jay on my black walnut countertops project. He answered all my questions and I loved the finish product. Really appreciate his attention to detail on installation as well. Would definitely recommend and if I have a chance, will use again.
Garden State Soapstone just completed our counters and sink in our 100 year old home. Jay provided excellent service from consult to completion. There is not many tradesman left who are not only passionate but capable. Jay came by recommendation and in our experience was great. Thank you Jay! Will post a picture once I finish the cabinets

It was a costly mistake to hire Jay. Reading below post by Jay it is false. Jay you never mentioned wet sanding. You insisted the co... read more
