Lost my awning in a storm. After calling Zak and explaining the situation, he came quickly to make sure I would not have a problem with the broken awning, made suggestions for a replacement and had it installed in less than 2 weeks. Working with Zak was the best experience I have had with a contractor in a long time. Quality, value, promptness and customer service could not have been better!
I called Garden State Shade this morning and left a message of my scope of work. Zak called me back later that morning and asked if I could send him a few pictures of the project and he would get back to me later that day. He called back stating he was working in Waretown and could install the awning today, and gave me a price. They came at 3:00 as stated and completed the project by 4:30. I am very happy with Zak, they did an awesome job! Same day service, you can't get any better than that. Highly recommend.
This was not one of those project horror stories. This was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Zak is knowledgable, professional, thorough and efficient. Even though this was a repair, and not an installation, he gave the job his full attention. Not only does he have a good work ethic, he is personable and great to deal with. I recommend him highly.
Our experience was truly five star. From the first visit to measure and give an estimate, to follow up phone calls as promised,, delivery date kept,and the most organised production you can imagine -excellent. Watching this team hoist a 20' wide awning to the second floor deck was quite amazing. The team was professional, skilled and left a cleaned up deck when finished. If I needed an additional awning there's only one place I'd call Garden State Shade. Thanks to Zac and his team!
