Went to the clinic for annual physical. Never had such bad experience before: Worst customer service, rude staff and they will just bill you for anything. I was charged 150$ out of pocket for a regular annual physical exam. I have called them multiple times but they are not willing to correct their billing codes. Never going back there.
It's my 2nd year going to this facility. It's clean, well maintained and the receptionists know what they are doing and value the patient's time. Dr.Kamlesh Shah is my PCP and he is always on time , and actively listens and answers my questions patiently. I had an issue the first time when they made me wait for over 45 minutes, but since then it's been a great experience with less than 10 mins wait. I would recommend this facility and Dr.Shah to anyone.
Well spoken understands when you ask a question very nice doctor I have high cholesterol he gave me medication to lower it other doctors never gave me any thing for my cholesterol when I had it for yrs they didn't believe in medicine.
