Pretty rare when I’m able to get someone on the phone. Either they hang up on I’m waiting over 20 min. Not very friendly front desk people. doctor is okay but I did feel rushed. Disappointed
The best experience
While I agree the wait times can be absurd - don't ever dial the call center for anything; keep trying until you reach the actual office - I find the actual medical staff to be excellent. The nurses are courteous and Dr. Gosalia has a refreshingly kind manner.
Went to the clinic for annual physical. Never had such bad experience before: Worst customer service, rude staff and they will just bill you for anything. I was charged 150$ out of pocket for a regular annual physical exam. I have called them multiple times but they are not willing to correct their billing codes. Never going back there.
