The best experience
While I agree the wait times can be absurd - don't ever dial the call center for anything; keep trying until you reach the actual office - I find the actual medical staff to be excellent. The nurses are courteous and Dr. Gosalia has a refreshingly kind manner.
Went to the clinic for annual physical. Never had such bad experience before: Worst customer service, rude staff and they will just bill you for anything. I was charged 150$ out of pocket for a regular annual physical exam. I have called them multiple times but they are not willing to correct their billing codes. Never going back there.
It's my 2nd year going to this facility. It's clean, well maintained and the receptionists know what they are doing and value the patient's time. Dr.Kamlesh Shah is my PCP and he is always on time , and actively listens and answers my questions patiently. I had an issue the first time when they made me wait for over 45 minutes, but since then it's been a great experience with less than 10 mins wait. I would recommend this facility and Dr.Shah to anyone.
