Had an appointment scheduled for Saturday 3/28 at 10:15 AM for an oil change. My appointment was canceled last minute while I was already on my way. This was very inconvenient since I planned my schedule around it.
I have been a loyal customer at this Honda location for many years, but my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. There is a new service associate named Jackson (as per the receipt) who has now assisted me more than once, and unfortunately, each interaction has been unpleasant. His attitude toward customers is unprofessional and dismissive. Extremely disappointed !! Dropped my car off at 8:40 AM for an $80 oil change and asked Chayenne Henrique to check (not fix) my back door lock. He said warranty would cover it or he’d let me know the cost never mentioned any inspection fee.
